Mohamed Al-Daradji

An Iraqi-Dutch film director, born in 1978 in Baghdad, Iraq. He studied theatre directing in Baghdad and fled to The Netherlands in 1995, where he specialised as a cameraman. Later he graduated with two MAs in cinematography and directing in Leeds at The Northern Film School.

Carol Mansour

She is a Lebanese filmmaker of Palestinian origin. She studied in Montreal, Canada, and is currently living in Beirut, Lebanon. She worked for a television station for eight years as an editor and director. In 2000, she founded her own production house, Forward Film Production. Her work focuses on socio-economic issues such as migrant workers, refugees, environmental issues and child labor.

He was born in Basra, Iraq and migrated to Australia in 2003. In 2010 he graduated from a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication at the University of Technology Sydney and now works as a freelance visual communicator, producing short and feature films.

Born and raised throughout the Arabian-Persian Gulf by a Canadian mother and Syrian father, Amar Chebib began experimenting with filmmaking during his adolescence. He completed a film internship with Oneira Pictures International in 2005 and the film production program at the Vancouver Film School in 2006.
